Description
it is a rosé wine made only from Primitivo grapes harvested by hand during the first ten days of September which benefit from the constant presence of winds blowing from the Otranto Channel.
The scent is fresh, summery, with hints of Mediterranean scrub. Delicate hints of rose, wild berries, cherry and pink grapefruit are perceived on the nose. On the palate it is elegant and balanced, ready to drink.
Recommended with savory appetizers, fries, seafood soups, white meats and fresh cheeses.
